YEARBOOK OF ANTITRUST AND REGULATORY STUDIES (YARS®) is a double peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal, focusing on legal, economic and management issues of antitrust and regulation. YARS is published by the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (CARS) of the University of Warsaw since 2008. It is intended to:
- present the most important and current issues surrounding competition protection, primarily restrictive practices and mergers but also state aid as well as pro-competitive sector-specific regulation, in particular in the telecommunications, postal services, energy and transport sectors;
- present experiences and achievements of competition protection and sector-specific regulation in the post-transition countries as well as the developments in the mature competition law regimes of relevance for these countries.
YARS® (ISSN 1689-9024) is available both in a printed and an electronic form. The publication is free of charge. All articles are published on the open-access basis and under the Creative Commons BY 4.0 license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). Authors who publish with this journal retain all copyrights and agree to the terms of the above-mentioned CC BY 4.0 license.
Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (YARS®) was included in the list of scientific journals and reviewed materials from international conferences published by the Minister of Education and Science and obtained 40 points.
