YEARBOOK OF ANTITRUST AND REGULATORY STUDIES (YARS®) is a double peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal, focusing on legal, economic and management issues of antitrust and regulation. YARS is published by the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (CARS) of the University of Warsaw since 2008. It is intended to:
- present the most important and current issues surrounding competition protection, primarily restrictive practices and mergers but also state aid as well as pro-competitive sector-specific regulation, in particular in the telecommunications, postal services, energy and transport sectors;
- present experiences and achievements of competition protection and sector-specific regulation in the post-transition countries as well as the developments in the mature competition law regimes of relevance for these countries.
YARS® (ISSN 1689-9024) is available both in a printed and an electronic form. The publication is free of charge. All articles are published on the open-access basis and under the Creative Commons BY 4.0 license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). Authors who publish with this journal retain all copyrights and agree to the terms of the above-mentioned CC BY 4.0 license.
Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (YARS®) was included in the list of scientific journals and reviewed materials from international conferences published by the Minister of Education and Science and obtained 40 points.
Funding
We are pleased to announce that our journal „Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies” has received funding from the state budget for a project under the "Development of Scientific Journals" program. The Ministry of Education and Science has granted de minimis aid in the amount of 36 298,00 PLN. The total value of the project is 57 298,00 PLN. The grant will be used to implement a strategy for the development of the journal including activities aimed at raising the level of publishing and editing practices, increasing the impact on the development of science, and maintaining the journal in international scientific circulation.
Miło nam poinformować, że nasze czasopismo „Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies” otrzymało dofinansowanie z budżetu państwa na realizację projektu w ramach programu „Rozwój Czasopism Naukowych”. Ministerstwo Edukacji i Nauki przyznało pomoc de minimis w wysokości 36 298,00 zł. Całkowita wartość projektu wynosi 57 298,00 zł. Dofinansowanie zostanie przeznaczone na realizację strategii rozwoju czasopisma obejmującą działania zmierzające do podniesienia poziomu praktyk wydawniczych i edytorskich, zwiększenia wpływu na rozwój nauki oraz utrzymania się czasopisma w międzynarodowym obiegu naukowym.
